Outstanding Event Planner!!!

We were so lucky to snag Livi for our wedding! This woman will put out all the stops to ensure your wedding day is the most perfect you could have imagined. Planning a wedding turned out to be one of the most stressful events we’ve endured and she made sure everything was perfect. I designed and made all my own décor for the wedding. I didn’t realize how stressful this would be not being able to be the one setting it up. We traveled all the way from Rouleau, Saskatchewan hauling all our décor in the trailer with a couple notes indicating where everything should be placed – nerve racking, right?! But, Livi exceeded every expectation we had and more!! Her and her team were outstanding – we felt like a king and queen!! Do not hesitate securing your big day with her, she will NOT disappoint!!

Wedding planning is stressful but having someone as experienced and well versed as Livi is a blessing!”  Livi ensured everything was perfection and ran smoothly, I couldn't be happier! If you are looking for a venue, I HIGHLY recommend. Livi Waller worked with us from day one (we were engaged for 19 months) and she was there helping us every step of the way. Answering all my emails, filled with questions. Sending us all the paperwork needed and making the process as smooth as possible.

Livi was the wedding coordinator at Summerhill winery for our wedding in 2022. She was such a pleasure to work with. She was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Livi amongst other summerhill staff were very professional and attentive. They even went the extra mile and opened a prohibited outdoor area for us to be able to offer Cuban cigars to our guests in the evening. I did not hire a wedding planner and yet the entire day still went very smooth and without hiccups. Livi made me feel very confident that everything was in order and organized for our day. I would highly recommend her for your special day!  I also want to share a special thank you to your daughter who I believe was in charge of the waiting staff at summerhill. I still feel guilty I never mentioned in our thank you speech (I left it to my husband to write because of the chaos that took place a few weeks before the wedding with my father's health. The speech was It was very short and sweet). But they truly went above and beyond for us!! Our guests were also so impressed with the service! The special outdoor cigar patio was SO amazing and such a nice surprise for us too! Everyone was so professional. Now having attended many more weddings since, we appreciate so much the experience we had with her.
